Big Lost Meadery's cherry mead is called Flathead Warrior Mead, a high-alcohol (ABV) mead made with Flathead cherries from Montana and Wyoming clover honey. It is often described as having a dark red color, a sweet and tart flavor, and a rich, coating texture with a hint of acidity and tannins from the smoke used in the process.
